Ingredients

  • Four duck breasts, cut into halves. 
  • Two orange peel jam singers. 
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 
  • 2 oranges, cut into thin circles. 
  • Four medium onions, sliced.


How to prepare


  • Heat the oven to a temperature of two hundred and twenty degrees Celsius.
  • Prepare a metal tray to suit the size of the quantity, and brush it with tin foil.
  • Spread over a half cup of marmalade on top of the tin foil.
  • Create several incisions and openings in the chopped duck breasts, using a sharp knife, arrange the chopped duck breasts over the chinese orange jam, or you can put a whole duck as it is, with cracks in its body.
  • Cover the duck breast pieces with marmalade.
  • Spread the onion slices, chopped garlic and orange slices, and arrange them over the duck breast pieces. 
  • Cover the tray with tin foil and bake for at least 15 minutes.
  • Remove the tray from the fritten, add the orange jam again to each piece of duck breasts, then return the tray to the oven again, after re-covering it with tin paper. 
  • Leave the tray in the oven for at least 30 minutes, until the ingredients are fully cooked.
  • Remove the tray from the oven, put the orange duck in a serving bowl, and garnish with fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes and cucumbers, and serve with it some marinates, such as pickles, olive boux, and some salads, Marinated, yogurt, served hot, healthy and healthy.
